SITA 2019 - EWITC has ended
Welcome to the SITA 2019 schedule! This year’s venue will again be on the beautiful campus of St. Norbert College in De Pere, WI! 
Parking Map You may park in any of the yellow or orange lots. 
P3 is the best lot. Avoid lot P2, while the closest, many spots are reserved for the medical college.

P14 and P11 in yellow are large open lots open to visitors. It is a short jaunt across the beautiful campus.

This is our 24th year of offering this very exciting teaching and learning conference FOR area educators put ON by area educators! Best of all it is FREE for educators who work for districts that are EWITC members which include:

CS Fundamentals Deep Dive Workshop (Part 1-4 for each session throughout the day)
This session is part of a full-day session offered by Code.org. Participants need to be present for all sessions throughout the day running from 8:30-3:00.  Code.org is offering a new full-day workshop, CS Fundamentals Deep Dive,  designed for K-5 teachers who have experience teaching CS Fundamentals and are looking to dive deeper or get more support.


Workshop Goals:
  • Teachers will understand the details, philosophy, values, and rationale behind how CS Fundamentals is structured 
  • Teachers will understand the intended approach to teaching CS Fundamentals, including specific classroom practices 
  • Teachers will be equipped to bring more computer science to their students
What teachers will leave with:
  • Strategies for addressing roadblocks to implementation 
  • Ideas for fostering a strong classroom rapport that nurtures all kinds of learners 
  • A deepened sense of community with other CS Fundamentals teachers
